Printable number path puzzles

Wayfold is our daily number path puzzle. On paper it becomes a pencil maze: start at 1, visit every tile once and pass the numbers in order.

Per page

In the print dialog, choose A4 or Letter and turn off the browser's own headers and footers. Every sheet already carries the date and our address.

The last seven days

Today's puzzle and the six before it, the same boards everyone plays online. The answers follow, except today's.

The rules

  1. Draw one path through every tile. It starts at the 1 and visits each tile exactly once.
  2. Step to a tile beside the one you are on: up, down, left or right, never diagonally.
  3. Pass the numbers in order. The path reaches the 1, then the 2, then the 3, and ends on the highest number.
  4. Walls block the way. A thick line between two tiles means the path can't step straight from one to the other.

Every puzzle has exactly one answer, and you can always reach it by logic alone.

Solving on paper

Draw short dashes between tiles you're sure about and join them up later. A corner tile has only two neighbors, so unless the path starts or ends there, its way through is already decided.

Questions

Can I copy these for my class or club?

Yes. Print and photocopy as many as you like for your home, classroom, library or puzzle club, free of charge. Please keep the logicsnack.com line on each page, and don't sell the sheets.

Where are the answers?

On the last pages of each pack, numbered like the puzzles, 12 to a page. If you want to solve first, print the puzzle pages only: the print dialog lets you choose pages.

A4 or Letter?

Both. The sheets are sized to fit either paper, so you only choose it in the print dialog. Two puzzles per page gives bigger boards for young solvers; four saves paper.

Is there a PDF to download?

There's no file to download. Press Print and your browser lays out the pages. To keep a PDF, pick "Save as PDF" as the printer in the same dialog.

How often are there new Wayfold puzzles to print?

Every day. Wayfold gets a new daily puzzle at midnight, so the sheets for the last seven days change each morning. The practice pack stays the same.
